Class: Principle of Timing
My first assignment was to create a bouncing ball that bounces from top till it lands on the floor, in reference to the Principles of Animation. With references of the bounce timeline and constant consultations from my lecturer, I manage to produce a bouncing ball for 7 seconds for the first time!

The second assignment for the Principal Of Timing is to create a character with a mouth lip-sync. With reference of having my friend to actually act for the mouth part, I was able to create a little girl character with a mouth lip-sync as shown below:

For my third assignment, using the same little girl character, I was assigned to create a character walk cycle. By following the Principal Of Timing's Criteria, it turns out great that I actually animate a basic walk cycle into my character:

My fourth assignment is to create a doll as an object for a little girl to play around. With the understanding on the Principal Of Timing, I managed produce a short animation about a little girl playing with her doll (that apparently broken at the end of the show):

My final assignment is to produce a 2D animation using all the Principles of Animation. It was done using Adobe Flash CS5. Using this software, I hardly had any difficulty on coloring every frames. The animation I created is called "DVD!!" and was inspired from a famous Japanese horror movie called "The Ring":

From my experience on doing 2D animations, it took me a lot of time to get the "feeling" of the character's movement, and of course, of the bouncing ball. It is not easy to do, and for my final assignment of the 47-second animation, it took about 2000+ frames! Practice makes perfect, is how I can summarized my efforts thus far :)
